A very important panel industrial design method is the “completely upwind” combustion mode, which is characterized in that the burner is premixed and the combustion structure is above the panel, and the streamline shape of the lower part of the burner is favorable for each air from above the panel. The azimuth enters the premixing chamber, effectively ensuring the premixing effect and the supply of air, and improving the combustion efficiency.
The distance of heat exchange is an important factor affecting the heat exchange efficiency. Under the premise of not affecting the complete combustion of the gas, changing the appearance design of the pot bracket and adjusting the distance between the bottom of the pot and the heating surface of the fire hole can improve the heat exchange effect. A pot bracket called “Gathering Circle” and “Juneng Bridge” appearing on the market can effectively protect heat and prevent it from being lost to the surrounding open space. This is an industrial design practice for pot bracket modeling.
In the infrared burner, the arc surface shape of the heat exchange surface can increase the heat exchange area, shorten the heating distance, and further improve the heat exchange efficiency. These industrial design methods are important reference means for improving the combustion and heat exchange efficiency of the cooker.
